The Ultimate Vegan Food Tour in NYC: Michelin-Star Dining vs. Everyday Vegan Spots

New York City is one the best places to travel for vegan food. We had a wonderful experience while being able to visit Michelin-star vegan dining spots. We spent our time exploring Manhattan and Brooklyn to find the best began food in the city. The highlight of our trip was Eleven Madison Park.

Eleven Madison Park is a three-star Michelan restaurant that offered vegan food experience of our lives.
Every dish features locally sourced ingredients and comes with a story. The flavors are rich and beautifully presented. Come with an open palate and you’ll leave yearning for more. Here are some of the dishes that we had the opportunity to enjoy.

Think avocado transformed into a sponge cake without the taste of a vegetable. Every dish they served pushed boundaries. Here are some of the dishes they provided.

Indienne was also an incredible dining experience. Their Chicago counterpart has 1 Michelin star. Please note that we did order the non-alcoholic pairing, but we don’t feel that it was worth the added cost. Not only do the drinks fill you up, but they also weren’t great. The food was top notch, and we highly recommend this location.
